Sean Connolly
KC Partnership
Sean is the founder of KC Partnership and a Tax Depreciation expert. Sean is focused on helping his Clients to save money on tax by providing detailed Tax Depreciation and Capital Allowance Reports for commercial and residential investment properties. Sean is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 21 years’ experience, he is passionate about helping his clients to maximise their investment property deduction, all in compliance with the ATO regulations. Sean is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).
Mark Kilroy
Koste Tax Depreciation
Mark is leading adviser in the property industry, specialising in Asset Services. As CEO and Founder of the Koste Group, a property investor and speaker, Mark is passionate about property and helping others benefit from adding value to property. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor for nearly 20 years and Registered Tax Agent, Mark’s skills have been gained whilst working for leading property advisers around the world including; Ernst & Young. BP, Caltex, Land and CBRE.

Ideally you will have an interest in property and may have a background in accounting, asset management or life cycle, however this is not essential.
